Sleep well – Do you struggle with sleep problems?
A variety of sleep disorders can be disruptive.

One factor drivers often overlook when they sleep poorly is the possibility of a sleep disorder.

Insomnia is the most common sleep problem, estimated to affect about a third of Canadians at some time in their lives.
Sleep apnea is a serious, potentially life-threatening condition that is far more common than generally understood.
Restless legs are characterized by tingling, crawling, or restless sensations in the legs, which prevents falling asleep.
Delayed/Advanced sleep syndrome results from a mismatch between the body clock and scheduled time.

If you can relate to any of these please don’t be afraid to talk to your doctor.  You are worth it.

Come back and we'll talk about the importance of your family and friends.
